Logs that have been delivered and of course legal wood are stored in the log yard, ready to be used for production
ROTARY
This is where the logs get peeled into veneers according to the desired thicknesses.
CONTINUOUS DRYER
Veneer is sent into the continuous dryer for drying
PRESS DRYER
Veneer is inserted into the platen of press dryer machine to meet the standard of Moisture Content
REPAIR
Repair is one of method to repair veneer as a layer of plywood. This improvement is applied to veneer that still have defects in order to meet the requirements to become ready-made veneer.
FACEBACK SETTING
Here is the patching process, joining and preparation for faceback is done. The faceback veneer are set in a neat pile, ready to be sent for assembling process
ASSEMBLING
Veneer are passed through the glue spreader and pressed to make plywood.
PANEL SAW
The panel saw machine trims the plywood to the desired size and is ready for finishing.
PUTTY
In this process, our experienced putty specialists will repair any visual imperfections on the plywood before final sanding.
SANDER
Plywood is passed through the sander to create a smooth plywood surface, ready for final inspection.
INSPECTION
The specialised inspection team inspects and removes any plywood with defects before packaging.
PACKING
Plywood that has been inspected will be packed into crates.
DISTRIBUTION
The crates of plywood is now ready to be shipped to the whole world!
